The inspection was far worse than we expected.
We'll write about it soon, once we have the official report.
Meanwhile...we feel paralysed with the sheer amount of unexpected work and money that the property will require, and have sent in a amended offer to the seller (bank).
At this point the whole thing could fall through. Which is not an option. Our options are limited. We have a finite budget to work with.
So, we'll be over here...finding distractions, quelling the panic.
